Part of the IT6300 series, the IT6333B is designed for multi-output flexibility. Its two high-voltage channels can be connected in series for up to 300 V output or paralleled for combined current. High resolution and built-in dual meters allow precise monitoring and control, while fast sampling rates support dynamic testing.

List-mode and programmed timer features enable automated test sequences without external control. Remote sensing compensates for lead losses, ensuring accurate voltage at the device under test.
