Job Title: Sales and Application Engineer

Location: Pune / Delhi / Gujarat / Bangalore / Mumbai

The Role: Join us in the Sales Team as we build this team with highly driven individuals who are empowered to build a business and grow the same in the given territory. In this role, you will interact with customers, consult, and solve their technical and business challenges. Each team member goes through a personalized development plan to become a professional salesperson and a trusted partner to the customer. Aligning with the Core Strategic Vision, people in this team will directly contribute to the company's mission and can experience their impact on the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Achieve/Exceed Sales Goals: Understand the assigned territory and build a sales plan that capitalizes on the business potential in the region. Execute planned activities to find, advance, and close opportunities, exceeding quarterly sales targets. Develop the skills required to sell the complete testing & measuring product range. Manage the territory by involving the right resources to add value to the customer, growing the business both short and long term.

Maintain High Customer Contact Activity: Maximize time with new and existing customers, building strong relationships and adding technical and business value in every interaction. Book, prepare, and deliver remote or in-person visits (spend at least 50% of the time in the field) and demonstrations. Use active listening to explore business potential, find referrals, and expand your contact base. Collaborate effectively using CRM systems with detailed reports and updates to grow as a trusted advisor to customers.

Be an Active Member of the Sales Team: Participate actively in sales meetings and events with a continuous learning attitude. Stay updated on technical advancements and business developments in the territories. Provide feedback on products, competition, and team matters. Coach and mentor inside sales to develop future sales talent.

Requirements:

Positions Available: 08–10 vacancies

Education: Degree (or appearing) in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a similar field.

Key Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of basic engineering concepts. Lead management and follow-up skills. Good problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in LinkedIn and prospecting through social media channels. Technical knowledge is preferred.

Key Business Skills: Active listening. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong people and networking skills. Proactive, can-do attitude. Negotiation skills. Ability to influence and guide customers towards solutions that align with our strengths.
