As DC systems evolve in complexity, validation requires tools capable of modeling fast transient loads and dynamic power behavior. The DC Emulator provides the precision needed for testing battery packs, DC converters, controllers, and high-voltage subsystems without relying on live power sources.

The system supports multiple operating modes including constant current, constant power, constant voltage, dynamic load emulation, ripple injection, and captured waveform playback. With configurable interfaces and master-slave scalability, multiple units can be combined for higher output power.

The emulator is automation-ready, supporting real-time control integration for HIL and PHIL test setups in EV powertrains, aerospace subsystems, grid-connected energy storage systems, and microgrid simulation.
