The MICROTEST 6360 Series is designed for accurate, user-friendly impedance measurement of a wide variety of electronic components. Depending on the model, it covers frequency ranges from 1 mHz up to 1 MHz, making it suitable for testing capacitors, inductors, resistors, and other passive devices.
With meter mode for quick checks and list mode for step-by-step testing, it adapts to both R&D and production needs. Its large 7.0-inch TFT color screen allows simultaneous display of up to four measurement parameters, improving test efficiency. The instrument measures key parameters such as impedance (|Z|), admittance (|Y|), phase angle (θ), reactance (X), resistance (R), conductance (G), susceptance (B), inductance (L), dissipation factor (D), quality factor (Q), DC resistance (DCR), and capacitance (C).
For quality control, the built-in comparator and BIN classification functions enable rapid pass/fail testing and sorting. Data can be stored via USB or sent to a PC through RS-232, Handler, LAN, or USB Host connections. With the optional PC software, users can perform graphical sweep analysis, providing deeper insight into component characteristics.
