The SeaI/O-540W is a Wi-Fi enabled output module offering 32 open-collector channels, ideal for switching solenoids, relays, motors, and other high-current devices in industrial environments. Each output is designed for high current sinking and includes integrated flyback diodes to protect against voltage spikes from inductive loads like DC motors.
Outputs are grouped in 8-bit ports with shared high and low voltage contacts. Each channel supports up to 1000mA, with a maximum of 2000mA per port and 60VDC. The module offers strong isolation (2500VAC RMS / 3500VDC) to ensure safe and reliable operation.
The SeaI/O-540W communicates via 802.11b/g Wi-Fi using Modbus TCP protocol or Sealevel’s SeaMAX API. It’s compatible with Windows and Linux OS and can be accessed remotely using the Sealevel Modbus Connect iOS app.
Expansion-ready, this module can connect to up to 246 additional SeaI/O N-series units to build a complete I/O network with various input/output types. The enclosure supports both DIN rail and desktop mounting.
