The 5 mm probe tip is equipped with a replaceable 0.38 mm spring-loaded contact, making it ideal for reliable and repeatable measurements. Optional accessories, including solder-in BNC adapters and PCB pads, enable flexible integration into various testing setups.
The optional RO pin supports automatic oscilloscope scaling, and all PMM probes are compatible with any oscilloscope featuring a 50Ω input or using a 50Ω feed-through termination.
