The MX725000A software provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for testing the performance of Cellular V2X (C-V2X) communication in controlled lab environments. Leveraging the PC5 interface, it supports key V2V and V2I communications functions, enabling automotive engineers and developers to simulate real-world road scenarios without actual on-road testing.
Developed to work in conjunction with the Qualcomm® 9150 C-V2X reference module, the system allows for 14 typical national ITS-defined use cases, covering various road safety and traffic efficiency scenarios. The software also supports visual scenario mapping, enhancing clarity and speed of test setup and result analysis.
In collaboration with partners like Tata Elxsi, the solution supports advanced multi-vehicle simulation for up to five virtual entities, providing a near-realistic testbed for evaluating next-gen connected vehicle technologies.
This platform is ideal for automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, chipset manufacturers, and research labs involved in developing and validating V2X communications systems, especially those focused on PC5-based direct communication per 3GPP standards.
